The purchaser needs wiring diagrams, plumbing diagrams, blueprints, and schematics of all systems, the chassis, interior of the vehicle, the HVAC and plumbing. As a vehicle ages, numerous issues will arise that will require reference to these. All manuals for equipment need to be in a book kept in the vehicle, with an extra copy kept in the program director's office.
