||Building and Delivering the Vehicle
a. How long does it take to build the vehicle?
Vehicles can be built (this is called the ramp-up time) in as little as 90 days for a custom vehicle and 6 weeks for a converted RV. Numerous factors can interfere with this process, however. The most common causes for delays are lengthy décor decisions, inadequate lead time for ordering dental equipment, and agreement on exterior graphics. Establish a relationship with a local dental supplier. The vehicle manufacturer needs to interface with the dental supplier to insure a smooth installation of equipment that does not require further adjustments when the vehicle is delivered. The local dealer should be available at the time of installation. They then are beholden to you, the customer, for repairs, so you don't have to go through a middleman.
